Eligibility for Exchange

• Items must be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date
• The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition
• All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and care instructions must be included
• Custom-designed, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for exchange
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
3. We will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange

• No Refunds: Signature by N operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not offer monetary refunds
• Size Adjustments: Ring sizing is available for most pieces at no additional cost within 30 days of purchase
• Quality Guarantee: If you receive a defective item, we will replace it immediately at no cost
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
